Facilities
We are located on a very old farm. It was built in Everlöv
village in the year 1511, but was moved here in 1843, to become an inn
by the new main road. The establishment was going very well until 1907
when the rights for housing guests were taken over by Östarps
Gästgiveri, where they to this day still serve meals and offer a tour
of their museum. Before us this farm was owned by the Netterkvist
family who had 1200 pigs here. So it took some reconstructing to turn
the old pig stalls into stables. We have a relatively small place with
28 stalls, breeding on a small scale as well as keeping and
training horses for competing in dressage.
Stable 1= 11 stalls, tack room, wash stall and 2 tack up areas.
Stable 2= 4 foal stalls 5x5 (nursery) tack up area, grain room and insemination stall.
Stable 3= 10 stalls, wash stall and tack up area.
There is a combined tack room/relaxation area in between stable 2
and 3. A feed room in stable 2, as well as a laundry/drying room. There
is also a special room for blankets (since I have a soft spot for
buying blankets) with a toilet and a shower. In addition to this there
is a pony stable with 3 stalls.
We are very happy for the amazing forest right outside our back
door. There we can climb in the gravel pit or ride on skåne-leden.
Other than this there is a integrated riding hall measuring 26x56m, in
addition there is two outdoor riding rings, so it's just to pick one!
